Terms of Service

Welcome to Youngpreneur. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at shopyoungpreneur.com and our mobile app (together, the “Services”), operated by Business Key Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for any orders placed.
2. Your Account
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Products, Pricing & Availability
We work to display colors and details as accurately as possible, but actual products may vary slightly due to screens and the printing process. Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit, refuse, or cancel any order.
4. Orders & Payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and a confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance. Payment is processed securely through third-party providers (including Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay); you agree to their terms. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and shipping charges shown at checkout.
5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Youngpreneur name, the “YA” monogram and logos, designs, graphics, text, and all other content on the Services are owned by Business Key Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our brand assets or content without our prior written permission.
7. Spotlight & User Submissions
If you submit a design, idea, review, photo, or other content (including Spotlight program entries), you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and promote it in connection with our brand and the Services. Specific Spotlight program terms, prizes, and rights will be described in the official rules for each program.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to disrupt them, access them unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, submit false information, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
9. Mobile App
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use our mobile app. Your use is also subject to the terms of the app store you download it from (such as Apple’s App Store or Google Play). We may update or discontinue the app at any time.
10. Third-Party Links & Services
The Services may link to or rely on third-party sites and providers (payment, shipping, analytics). We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.
11. Disclaimers
The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Key Solutions LLC and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Business Key Solutions LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, unless otherwise required by law. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.
15. Changes & Termination
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Effective” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend or end access to the Services at our discretion.
