1. SPONSOR

This giveaway (the “Sweepstakes“) is sponsored and administered by Business Key Solutions, LLC, P.O. Box 56, St. George, SC 29477 (“Sponsor“), in connection with the Youngpreneur™ brand and the Youngpreneur mobile application (the “App“). Questions may be directed to giveaway@shopyoungpreneur.com.

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), or any other platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints must be directed to Sponsor, not to those companies.

2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By entering, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

3. SWEEPSTAKES STRUCTURE AND PERIODS

The Sweepstakes runs as a series of twelve (12) separate monthly giveaways. Each monthly giveaway is its own Sweepstakes with its own entry period (each, a “Sweepstakes Period“), its own prize, and its own drawing.

Each Sweepstakes Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on the first calendar day of the month and remains open for twenty-one (21) days, closing at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the twenty-first (21st) day of that month. Entries are accepted only while the Sweepstakes Period is open. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

• First Sweepstakes Period: the launch giveaway opens 12:00:00 a.m. ET on August 1, 2026 and closes 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 21, 2026, with the winner drawn during the first week of September 2026.
• Current month’s prize: one (1) Youngpreneur 20 oz Sport Water Bottle, approximate retail value (“ARV“) $24.00. (Each month’s prize is announced for that month; e.g., a Youngpreneur 22 oz Insulated Water Bottle, ARV $45.00.)
• Entries are specific to the Sweepstakes Period in which they are received and do not carry over to later months.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two free ways to enter. No purchase or payment is necessary, and downloading the App is free.

Method A: Enter through the App (primary method)

1. Download the free Youngpreneur App from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. Create or sign in to your Youngpreneur account.
3. Open the current monthly giveaway and follow the on-screen steps to submit your entry.

This gives you one (1) base entry for that Sweepstakes Period.

Method B: Referral bonus entries

After you enter, you will receive a unique referral link. You earn additional entries when friends you refer use your link to download the App and complete a valid entry for the same Sweepstakes Period.

• You earn one (1) bonus entry per qualified referral.
• Maximum of five (5) total entries per person, per Sweepstakes Period, your 1 base entry plus up to 4 bonus entries from referrals.
• A “qualified referral” is a distinct, eligible person who was not already a Youngpreneur user, who installs the App and submits a valid entry through your link during the same Sweepstakes Period. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, bots, and referrals later found invalid do not count.
• Referral tracking is handled by Sponsor’s system; Sponsor’s records are final on the number of qualified referrals.

Method C: Free mail-in entry (no App required)

You may also enter free without the App. Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, a statement that you are 18 years of age or older, and the month/year of the giveaway you are entering on a plain 3″ × 5″ card and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to:

Limit one (1) mailed entry per outer envelope. Each valid mailed card received during a Sweepstakes Period counts as one (1) base entry for that period and has equal dignity with an App entry. Mailed entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received within seven (7) days after it closes. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or postage-due mail.

Entry limits: Regardless of method, the maximum is five (5) total entries per person per Sweepstakes Period. Entries beyond the limit, and entries using multiple identities, email addresses, or accounts, will be void.

5. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entry is void for anyone under 18. By entering, each entrant represents and warrants that they are 18 or older.

This Sweepstakes is intended for adults. Sponsor does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through this Sweepstakes. Adults are welcome to enter for the benefit of a young entrepreneur in their life, but the adult is the sole entrant and, if selected, the sole prize recipient. Only the adult entrant’s own information is collected on the entry form; no information about any child is requested or required to enter.

Not eligible to enter or win: the Sponsor, any co-sponsors, prize providers, and promotional partners, and the employees, officers, directors, board members, managers, members, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor (Business Key Solutions, LLC), Youngpreneur, and Youngpreneur Academy (including Youngpreneur Academy Board members), and of each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising, promotional, and fulfillment partners, together with the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and household members (whether related or not) of each such person. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

For each Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that period. The random drawing will take place during the first week (first seven (7) calendar days) of the following month; there is no fixed drawing date. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during that Sweepstakes Period.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or through the App within three (3) business days of the drawing and must respond, confirm eligibility, and accept the prize within five (5) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected, time permitting.

Sponsor may require a winner to provide a valid mailing address for prize delivery and to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release before the prize is awarded.

8. PRIZES; ARV; TAXES

The prize for each Sweepstakes Period is described in Section 3 for the current month and will be announced for each subsequent month. Prizes are awarded “as is,” with no cash equivalent and no substitution, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable.

All federal, state, and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the total value of prizes awarded to a winner in a calendar year is $600 or more, Sponsor may be required to issue an IRS Form 1099, and the winner may be required to provide a Social Security number or Taxpayer Identification Number for that purpose.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; acting in violation of these Official Rules; or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes (or any monthly period) if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity, and in that event to select winners from eligible entries received before the action was taken. Use of automated systems to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, promotional partners, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents, and the platforms referenced in Section 1, from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications, or for technical or human errors of any kind.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Sweepstakes and is otherwise handled under Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://shopyoungpreneur.com/privacy-policy/. This Sweepstakes is open only to adults 18 and older, and Sponsor collects information only from the adult entrant. Sponsor does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 in connection with this Sweepstakes.

12. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All entrants agree that any dispute will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Dorchester County, South Carolina.

14. WINNERS LIST

For the name of a monthly winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within sixty (60) days after that month’s drawing to: Business Key Solutions, LLC, Youngpreneur Giveaway Winners, P.O. Box 56, St. George, SC 29477.
