Youngpreneur 40 is an annual list recognizing forty entrepreneurs, age 40 and under, whose achievements reflect a single conviction: ambition is not defined by age. The inaugural class will be announced in 2028, and nominations for the Class of 2028 are now open.
Selection criteria
Honorees are evaluated on the strength and originality of their business, demonstrated traction and impact, leadership, and the long term trajectory of their work. Candidates must be 40 or under and lead an active business or brand.
How to be considered
Submit your own candidacy or nominate another entrepreneur. Nominations are reviewed on a rolling basis ahead of each annual announcement, beginning with the Class of 2028.
