How Designers Are Chosen

You pick the Spotlight V designer

Spotlights I to IV are our founding series. From Spotlight V onward, each designer is chosen through open applications, five finalists, and a public vote.

WHAT WINNERS RECEIVE

Youngpreneur Spotlight Package

  • Your design professionally produced and sold in the official Youngpreneur store
  • Your own piece from the collection, yours to keep
  • A custom, personalized signature piece designed just for you
  • A share of the profit your collection earns
  • A featured profile telling your story, permanently archived in the Spotlight Library
  • Recognition across Youngpreneur’s social media platforms
  • An official Youngpreneur Spotlight Designer certificate
  • Real entrepreneurial experience, your first product in the real market

Plus: 10% of proceeds support Youngpreneur Academy™, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 93‑2657679), so every Spotlight collection funds the next generation of designers too. All submissions are confidential. Your design idea remains your property and will not be reproduced, shared, or used in any form without written consent from you and your parent or guardian. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Selected designs require a signed design submission agreement from a parent or guardian before production. One Spotlight designer is chosen per edition.

Spotlight FiveWinter 2027

Are you a young creator with a design the world should wear? Spotlight V could be yours. Open to youth age 24 and under. For minors, a parent or guardian will complete the submission with you.
